這次陽金P字山道比賽前，我將兩包泡在一壺700cc水壺中，另一水壺裝舒跑，大約每15分鐘會喝一兩小口此產品，我覺得口感不錯很順口，不過因為平常有再騎乘山路，本來就很少發生抽筋的現象，所以這次也沒發生特殊抽筋現象，至於體力與爆發力，我個人認為是有助益的，至少在好幾的比較陡的坡段我還是能抽車加速。第二天，睡起來，腿不並沒有任何不適的情況，我想此產品多少有幫助.
用了鐵腿王,使我平安的度過陽明山p字山道的前2個p,第3p雙腿仍然不敵魔鬼般的陡坡,雙腿不斷的抽筋,第3p整整騎了3個鐘頭….最後差了20分鐘領了一張殘念證書,所以腿力不夠的我服用此聖藥仍難逃抽筋的命運
第一次參加陽金p字山道活動~我只有在3個休息點各泡1包來喝~騎前2個p都還好…只是速度有點慢,到了第3p雙腿雖然沒有抽筋但還是不敵最後1p的陡坡…最後完成了全程..但領了一張殘念證書…這是我第一次使用這類的產品~~感覺應該是有用吧~因為之前去騎大滿貫…騎完腳酸痛了2天~這次第2天都沒有酸痛的感覺~所以應該是有些幫助~
抽筋狀況有好些,但是口味個人覺得欠佳,能夠更順口會更棒!第二天腿部痠但是第三天感覺就到了=..=~~呵呵
抽筋狀況有改善,但是有點腥味,口味可以在好些.
此次參加陽金3p,最大的自我挑戰就是不抽筋不落地的完賽,全程使用了3包,雖然不落地未能完成,但真的是未發生抽筋一事,不要懷疑我,我有用力騎喔!完成時間04:3x,或許是鐵腿王發生功效吧.
在比賽過程中共用了4包鐵腿王，非常意外地發現過程中竟然沒有抽筋，只有最後3P段的2公里出發大腿肌肉過於緊繃，稍做休息即可，順利完成3P賽程。我想和此產品有很大關聯，再持續做後續試用看看。
雖然這次沒有抽筋，交替使用鐵腿王和運動飲料，也用了四顆小藥丸，算是混著用啦…不過像我這樣的肉腳都能完成，鐵腿王也算有功勞哇
