地瓜特有成分 可消炎保肝
國內動物實驗證實 醫：多吃仍會胖

【邱俊吉╱台北報導】國內最新研究發現，國人常吃的地瓜可能具有保肝、止痛與消炎功效，關鍵在於地瓜含有「胰蛋白抑制因子」成分。專家指出，已知地瓜是極具營養的食物，雖有新研究又為地瓜加分，仍不建議大量攝取，以免肥胖、脹氣，最多每日有一餐的主食以地瓜取代即可。
中央研究院昨舉行中草藥研發成果發表會，該院植物暨微生物學研究所研究員林耀輝率領的團隊，針對地瓜所含的胰蛋白抑制因子進行動物實驗，發現小鼠若口服該成分，一旦罹患肝病，病情會輕於沒有口服該成分的小鼠。
多食易脹氣
此外，腳掌發炎、水腫的小鼠，若在腹腔注射胰蛋白抑制因子，發炎情形也會明顯受到抑制，疼痛也減輕。林耀輝說，民間多流傳地瓜不只能帶來飽足感，也有保健效果，其動物實驗釐清地瓜能保健的原因，未來有製成保健食品的潛力。
台北醫學大學附設醫院營養室主任蘇秀悅說，地瓜雖營養，仍不建議大量食用，以免造成脹氣、肥胖問題，若想多攝取地瓜，還是要把握飲食均衡原則，建議每日三餐中，有一餐的主食以地瓜代替，即三頓飯中有一頓不吃飯，改以地瓜搭配其他菜餚。
