動力丸子在此先恭喜各位完成西濱200K/400K挑戰賽，有在報到會場10/1日參加鐵腿王試用的朋友們，在10月13日前尚未到官網分享心得者，請在此的回響處發表試用心得。
我參加Never Stop西濱公路200KM賽程，在第一次補給站泡了鐵腿王一包到水壺，到大甲折返點再泡第二包(因為在前一天拿了一些試用包)，我覺得口味不錯，不會太甜，適合路上解渴，但是，在路程115KM時，我的右腿抽筋了，先休息一下再騎，雖然會痛，但慢慢撐到補給站泡第三包鐵腿王、吃香蕉、跟醫療站借肌樂噴，但似乎效果不大，再騎40分鐘後又抽筋，到新竹也有去買舒跑或跟別車隊補給車借肌樂，似乎任何方式都沒用，就這樣一直撐到終點前共抽筋五、六次。不知有誰可以建議一種立即有效的方法？

在用完鐵腿王後，讓我在never stop 400k順利完賽，平常超過200k的比賽都會抽筋，要休息很長一段時間，才能再比賽，這次完全沒有一點抽筋的感覺，真的很好用，大家可以試試。
我屬於容易抽筋的體質,每次和朋友一起騎車,只要屬於中長距離（50公里以上）,就一定抽筋,這次參賽200K試用了鐵腿王也不例外（總共喝了三包）,在80公里左右就開始抽筋,此後一路抽（約10次）到終點,除了鐵腿王外,運動飲料、能量包、香蕉…..等也吃了不少。唉！可能是我的宿命吧。
真的很有效!!!
