感謝鐵腿王的幫助,
我6/26號時參加桃園國際鐵人三項的競賽,
由於使用鐵鐵王,讓本人在此次競賽能順利完成.
第一項競賽項目是游泳,由於本人在游泳部分花的時間比其他人多很多
並又是游蛙式,所以在第一項目我就花了太多的力量在大腿,
其實上岸時蠻擔心腳踏車跟跑步會使不上力立,還好後來一切順利
整場比賽我花了2小時21分.
使用之後讓肌肉的耐力發揮到淋漓盡致,隔天也無痠痛感.
